We manufacture the equipment with 50 Hz technology or in the 1000 Hz variant, which is suitable for welding high-strength Usibor steels, aluminum or galvanized materials. Project VW, KIA, BMW - mobile device, for pressing, welding and straightening rubber seal reinforcements for doors. The concept allows use on 4 injection lines.

Mercedes-Benz/arc welding workplace. Precise and rigid fixation of the input part. Requirement for high strength of welds. After welding, the part is calibrated/stretched to a diameter of 3 mm.
